I provide professional services including, but not limited to:
Operational strategy and systems advisory
Revenue Operations (RevOps) and business systems architecture
CRM, automation, and data governance consulting
Digital transformation and process redesign
Interim or fractional operational leadership
Strategic advisory and implementation oversight
The scope, deliverables, and duration of services are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work.
Any additional services or changes to scope must be agreed to in writing.
3. Client Eligibility & Lawful Use
By engaging my services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so and that you will not use the services for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorised purpose.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or compromise systems, data, or professional integrity.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
Fees:
All fees are outlined in individual client agreements and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms:
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payments:
Late payments may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Additional Costs:
Clients are responsible for third-party software, tools, licences, or outsourced services required to deliver the work. These costs will be communicated in advance.
5. Travel & Expenses
Services are primarily delivered remotely.
Where on-site work, events, or travel are required, reasonable travel and accommodation expenses will be charged to the client with prior agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
Grant necessary access to systems, data, and stakeholders
Assign appropriate internal decision-makers where required
Delays caused by lack of access, information, or approvals may impact timelines and deliverables.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, commercial, and sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.
I comply with applicable UK data protection legislation, including GDPR. Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of my services.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Termination
Termination for Convenience:
Either party may terminate fixed-term agreements (e.g. 6 or 12 months) with 60 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified.
Immediate Termination:
I reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:
Material breach of these Terms
Persistent non-payment
Ethical, legal, or reputational concerns
Post-Termination:
All outstanding fees become immediately due upon termination.
10. Testimonials & Case References
Clients may be invited to provide testimonials or feedback after a period of engagement.
Any use of testimonials, quotes, or case references will be subject to client approval.
11. General Conditions
I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion.
Website content may be transmitted over various networks; payment information is handled securely and encrypted where applicable.
