Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 22, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to professional services provided by Karuna Gingell-Beckmann (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

Nature of Services

I provide professional consulting, advisory, and operational services.
Due to the nature of these services — which involve time, expertise, and intellectual input — services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services already delivered or in progress, except where required by applicable UK law.

If you believe a service has not been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope or terms, please contact me promptly so the matter can be reviewed and addressed in good faith.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • For fixed-term or retainer agreements, cancellation terms are outlined in the individual contract or statement of work.

  • For one-off sessions or engagements, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide reasonable notice and offer either:

  • a rescheduled session, or

  • a pro-rated refund for any prepaid, undelivered services.

Dissatisfaction or Issues

If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of services, I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible.
My aim is always to resolve issues constructively and professionally.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Time already spent delivering services

  • Advisory work, analysis, documentation, or recommendations already provided

  • Reserved capacity under retainers or fixed-term agreements
