PermittorOperations Intelligence & Governed Workflow Platform
(In active development).
Permittor is a new category of operations intelligence platform designed to address a gap I’ve repeatedly encountered while leading and architecting systems in scaling organisations.
As businesses grow, workflows increasingly span multiple tools, teams, and data models. Automation exists everywhere — but governance, visibility, and durability often do not. Permittor explores how organisations can design and manage workflows as first-class operational assets, rather than tool-specific automations.
At its core, Permittor is:
System-agnostic — designed to sit above tools, not replace them
Governed by design — prioritising clarity, ownership, and auditability
Cross-functional — usable across revenue, operations, finance, and delivery
Built for scale — supporting change without fragility
The project is informed by real-world experience across CRM architecture, data modelling, automation, APIs, and operational leadership. It is intentionally platform-neutral and focused on structure, orchestration, and operational intelligence, rather than implementation detail.
Permittor is an active R&D project and long-term exploration of how modern organisations can design workflows that remain reliable as complexity increases.
More to come.
